Wok Chicken Strips with Pumpkin

A quick wok dish.

Ingredients for 4 people:
100g pumpkin
100g celery
400g chicken breast fillet 

SONNENTOR Ayurvedic Magic Salt
3 tbsp oil suitable for wok
50g walnuts
150g bean sprouts 



SONNENTOR WOK-seasoning (hot or sweet according to taste) or SONNENTOR Sunkiss Blossom Blend
3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

Preparation:
Cut pumpkin and celery into thin strips. Cut chicken breast into 1 cm thick slices and season with SONNENTOR Ayurvedic Magic Salt. 

Heat oil in wok and fry the chicken, remove from wok and add pumpkin and celery, sauté, add walnuts and bean sprouts and season with SONNENTOR Wok-Seasoning or Sunkiss Blossom Spice Blend. Add Teriyaki sauce and chicken and mix well.
Serve with rice or bulgur wheat (also known as Amaranth)
